Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Thrust cylindrical roller bearings consist of washer-shaped raceway rings (shaft rings, raceways) with cylindrical roller and cage assemblies. The cylindrical roller is processed on the convex surface, so the pressure distribution between the roller and the raceway surface is even, and it can bear unidirectional axial load, with large axial load capacity and strong axial rigidity.
Main applications: oil drilling rigs, steel manufacturing machinery
Thrust self-aligning ball bearings
In this bearing, the spherical rollers are arranged obliquely. Since the raceway surface of the raceway is spherical and has self-aligning performance, the shaft can have a certain inclination, and the axial load capacity is very large. It can also withstand several radial loads and is usually lubricated with oil when in use.
Main applications: Screw reducers for hydraulic generators, vertical motors, marine drive shafts, rolling mills, tower cranes, coal mills, extruders and molding machines.
Thrust ball bearings consist of a washer-shaped raceway ring with a raceway, balls, and a cage assembly. The raceway ring that matches the shaft is called the collar, and the raceway ring that matches the housing is called the seat ring. Double direction bearings match the shaft of the center ring. One-way bearings can bear axial loads in one direction, while two-way bearings can bear axial loads in both directions (neither can bear radial loads).
Main application: Automobile steering pin, machine tool spindle.
Spherical roller bearings have double-row rollers, the outer ring has a common spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways that are inclined at an angle relative to the bearing axis. This ingenious structure makes it have self-aligning performance, so it is not easy to be affected by the angle error or shaft bending of the shaft and the bearing housing, and is suitable for installation errors or shaft deflection that cause angle errors. In addition to bearing radial loads, the bearing can also bear axial loads acting in both directions.
Structurally, each ring of deep groove ball bearings has a continuous groove-type raceway, and its cross-section is about one-third of the circumference of the ball. Deep groove ball bearings are mainly used to bear radial loads, but can also bear certain axial loads.
When the radial clearance of the bearing is increased, it has the characteristics of an angular contact ball bearing and can withstand alternating axial loads in two directions. Compared with other types of bearings of the same size, deep groove ball bearings have a small friction coefficient, high limit speed and high precision, and are the preferred bearing type when users choose models.
The clutch release bearing is a relatively important part of the car. If it fails due to poor maintenance, it will not only cause economic losses, but also take a lot of trouble to disassemble and assemble once. Therefore, it is of great significance to find out the cause of the failure of the clutch release bearing and to maintain and maintain it reasonably during use, which is of great significance to prolong the life of the release bearing, improve labor productivity, and obtain better economic benefits.
